Your personalised in-shop shopping experience is tailored completely to you and is a complementary service.

You can talk directly with Warren via video call from the comfort of your own home. We use the latest video services, such as Zoom and WhatsApp.
OVER THE PHONE
This service allows Warren to talk you through the latest from our range of Chesterfields and sofas and answer any questions you may have.
WHAT TO EXPECT
YOUR PERSONAL APPOINTMENT
We invite you to book an appointment with us on your preferred date and time. When you make your choices, Warren will ask you for a little information to find out what your are most interested in, so he can give you the best experience possible.
This includes details such as your name of course, but also what kind of advice you’d like, and what Chesterfields and sofas you are most interested.
ON THE DAY
On the day of your appointment, Warren will be on hand to guide you through our range of Chesterfields at our shop, whether you are interested in a hand made Chesterfield or one of our 100% cotton velvet sofas, Warren will be able to help you and answer any questions you may have on the day.
You will have your appointment time completely to yourself, meaning you will get a truly personal experience.
MAKING YOUR PERFECT CHOICE
We are confident you will find the perfect piece on the day of your appointment, and if you are ready to purchase on the day, Warren will be on hand to not only process the sale, but advise on anytihng else you may have questions about - any maintenance or insurance advice, ensuring you leave completely happy.
