What can I say about S.W James! Fantastic!!! From the initial swatch sample through to delivery I have received impeccable customer service. I have been kept informed on how my order was progressing, reassurance when I needed it and when my sofa arrived! Well it was breath taking! The craftsmanship is beautiful it is more than I expected and looks beautiful in my room. I cannot recommend Warren and his team enough worth every penny!!

Amazing quality and even better customer service, ordered the three seater Sterling but then changed my mind to 4 seater and wanted it with the bed option they were really accommodating. Changed for me no quibbles and just paid the additional separate rather than re ordering.

Delivery guys were really professional and made sure that the sofa would fit before delivery. They even did extra fittings on site to enable the fit in my cellar. Simply brilliant from start to finish and delivered within time scale set out from order point!

We spent a lot of time viewing Chesterfields before visiting SW James and seeing their product. No comparison, we placed an order there and then. The quality of materials used are fabulous the build you can see is carried out by highly skilled craftsmen, how they get the pleats so tight and the buttons so deep is amazing, the attention to detail outstanding, from the beautiful piping around the studs to the small tab that identifies this as a genuine SWJames. We chose 'Florence' sofa and chair together with a 'Dorothy' chair in antique dark brown leather, beautiful and very comfortable
